Note about Community Transport Services
Transport is provided for people who are unable to catch public transport or when public transport is not available in their area. Eligibility assessment required. Contribution fee is asked for service.
HAIL DRIVER
All bus routes work on the 'hail driver' system, meaning you simply hail the bus you need to catch; you do not need to be at a predefined bus stop. The hail driver system is operational outside the Nowra CBD and the bus must only be hailed where there is a safe area for the bus to pull over and stop.
The general public* are able to use school buses provided the correct fare is paid and there is spare capacity on the bus. Contact the operator for route and timetable details.
*School buses are exempt from the DDA (Disability Discrimination Act).
